A leading restaurant in the local city has not only been leading the industry in fine dining and service. 

Local employees state claims of cockroaches throughout the premise. Line cook Johnson, “I once served a plate of food with a live roach on it.


I Couldn’t even see it but I heard a screech about two minutes after the food runner left with the plate and I knew it had to be from the recently completed dish”.

He continues, “A dead one could be just a protein component at a Thai restaurant but this one crawled up her fork trying to escape near death experience.  If the customer wasn’t so afraid maybe they could have killed the roach and helped us in the never-ending war against them.”
